Argo Tea Herbal Tea Sampler

A few years ago, a friend gifted me a sampler of herbal teas from Argo Tea for a Secret Santa gift exchange. Since then, I have drank the three caffeine-free teas in different frequencies and amounts. I enjoy them all, and I’m so excited to review them all for you today.

Chamomile Blossoms

Chamomile Blossoms is definitely my most-drank tea in this sampler. Argo Tea describe it as “a lightly aromatic herbal tea that is naturally soothing.” I would agree that this tea has a very light, herbal flavor. It is also a little bit fruity and sweet. I like to drink this whenever I’m stressed out or at night if I haven’t been sleeping well.

Limonello

Limonello is the last tea I tried in this sampler, but I really enjoy it. Argo Tea calls this "an invigorating blend of lemongrass, lemon peels, and dried apples.” It has a nice lemony flavor, but I did not detect any apple. I have tried Limonello both hot and iced, and while it is good both ways I definitely prefer it iced. This tea is pretty light and tastes sort of lemonade. I think it would be even better cold-brewed or mixed with an iced black tea.

Armenian Mint

While this tea is on the Tea Classics menu in Argo Tea stores, I have only ever made it from this sampler. It has a typical mint tea flavor with a decent amount of cooling sensation. It does taste slightly more herbaceous than other mint teas I’ve tried, and it has a very strong scent. It has basically the same flavor hot and iced, but I do prefer it hot.

Overall, I do enjoy all three of the teas in the Herbal Tea Sampler. I definitely recommend it if you want to try multiple teas from Argo Tea or as a gift for a tea loving friend. I certainly enjoyed it as a gift.
